  • Mix first 5 ingredients until blended. Add to shrimp in large bowl; toss until evenly coated.
  • Refrigerate 30 min. to marinate.
  • Drain shrimp; discard marinade. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add shrimp; cook and stir 3 to 4 min. or until shrimp turn pink. Cool completely. Refrigerate 30 min.
  • Cut celery lengthwise in half, then cut each half crosswise into 6 pieces. Thread celery onto 12 small skewers along with remaining ingredients.

Special Equipment Needed


Substitute halved OSCAR MAYER Fully Cooked Bacon slices, halved CLAUSSEN Kosher Dill Mini Pickles, pimento-stuffed green olives, or cubed CRACKER BARREL Cheddar Cheese for one or more of the suggested vegetables.


For milder flavor, omit the horseradish and prepare recipe using regular Bloody Mary mix.
