  • Heat grill to medium-high heat.
  • Mix first 3 ingredients until blended.
  • Thread remaining ingredients alternately onto 4 skewers.
  • Grill skewers 12 to 15 min. or until meat is done (145ºF), turning and brushing occasionally with pineapple sauce mixture.
  • Remove skewers from grill. Let stand 3 min. before serving.

Special Equipment Needed


Substitute a green bell pepper for the poblano chile.


If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 min. before using as directed to prevent them from burning on the grill.
