  • Heat grill to medium-high heat.
  • Mix all ingredients except chops. Reserve half for serving with the cooked chops.
  • Grill chops 5 to 7 min. on each side or until done (145°F), brushing occasionally with remaining sauce. Remove from grill; cover. Let stand 3 min.
  • Serve with reserved sauce.

Special Equipment Needed


Prepare using 4 boneless pork chops (1 lb.) and reducing the grilling time if necessary to cook chops until done (145ºF). Remove from grill. Cover; let stand 3 min.

Use Your Broiler

Heat broiler. Broil chops, 6 inches from heat, on foil-covered broiler pan 5 to 7 min. on each side or until done (145°F), brushing with remaining sauce for the last 5 min. Remove from broiler; cover. Let stand 3 min.
