  • Pour into 12-inch cast iron skillet.
  • Bake 18 to 20 min. or until golden brown. Cool slightly.

Prepare batter as directed; pour into 9-inch square pan sprayed with cooking spray. Bake 20 to 25 min. or until golden brown.


Don't have buttermilk? Just add 1 Tbsp. HEINZ Distilled White Vinegar or lemon juice to 1-cup measuring cup, then add enough milk to measure 1 cup. Stir. Let stand 5 min. then use as directed.


Substitute an ovenproof skillet sprayed with cooking spray for the cast iron skillet.
