Rated 5 out of 5 by from WOW! WOW!!! This was absolutely delicious, yummy, tasty, good, superb, flavorful, easy, ( the list goes on!). Definitly one of the simplest delicious recipes I've made in a while! I added about 1 1/2 cups of chopped thawed broccoli. My family immensly enjoyed this addition to our Sunday dinner. My sister said, " You could just keep eating & eating this!" Kraft thanks for another wonderful easy recipe! :)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I made this for a church picnic. I made this for a church picnic. I asked my husband to put it in the oven and bring it to the picnic, I went on ahead to help set up. He was late and over half of the people already ate. Well after everyone had eaten I went back to clean up and collect my dish and it was completely empty. Other dishes that were there from the start still had leftovers! I'm making this again for Thanksgiving.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is an amazing recipe that we have already made twice. This is an amazing recipe that we have already made twice. It's like a creamy, fluffy, cheesy spinach casserole. We tried it with and without fat free ingredients. Definitely tastes better with full fat, but the fat free version was still very tasty. Prep time is longer than 10 minutes, especially if you need to thaw the spinach in the microwave, then drain it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I can never get my kids to each spinach. I can never get my kids to each spinach. I don't blame them I don't like it either. But this was really good. I only used items I had in my kitchen, so I changed it a little. I used Monterey Jack instead of Cheddar and I used bread crumbs instead of Ritz crackers. Next time I will make the way it should be. My kids even had seconds.

Added one more package of spinach, mozarella instead of cheddar on top, and 1/2 cup of mozarella in the spinach mixture as well. I also buttered the Ritz crackers.

I used low fat cheese instead of fat free, but it was still one of the healthiest things there. I love when I can make healthy food that people can't get enough of!
