  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Pour half the salsa into a 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Toss chicken with dressing; spoon 1/3 cup down center of each tortilla, then roll up. Place, seam sides down, over salsa in dish; cover with remaining salsa. Top with cheese; cover.
  • Bake 15 to 20 min. or until heated through.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very easy to make Very easy to make. I used Old El Paso enchilada sauce instead of salsa. Made 1 pan with hot red sauce and another one with mild green sauce. Also added chopped onions and pepper jack cheese on the inside. Topped it with pepper jack and cheddar cheeses. Tasted so good. Will be making them again.
