  • Heat grill to medium heat.
  • Combine first 5 ingredients in large bowl. Add 1/4 cup dressing; mix lightly.
  • Place romaine and radicchio, cut sides up, on grill grate. Drizzle with remaining dressing. Grill 5 min. Remove romaine from grill. Turn radicchio over; grill 3 min. Remove from grill.
  • Chop romaine and radicchio. Add to chickpea mixture; mix lightly. Top with chips just before serving.

Special Equipment Needed


Grill the romaine and radicchio in your grill pan on top of the stove instead of on the outdoor grill.


Prepare using KRAFT Lite Zesty Italian Dressing.
