  • Combine chicken, 1 Tbsp. lemon juice and 1/2 tsp. of each of the dry seasonings; set aside. Mix tomatoes, dressing, water and remaining dry seasonings in separate bowl.
  • Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add onions, garlic, ginger and cumin seed; cook and stir 3 min. or until onions are crisp-tender. Add chicken mixture; cook 2 min. or until chicken is lightly browned, stirring occasionally.
  • Add tomato mixture; cook 8 min. or until sauce is thickened and chicken is done, stirring frequently. Remove from heat.
  • Stir in cilantro and remaining lemon juice.
