  • Place cranberries in small bowl. Add enough boiling water to cover cranberries; let stand 10 min. or until softened.
  • Drain cranberries; place in large bowl. Add kale and tomatoes; mix lightly.
  • Whisk dressing, sugar and mustard. Add to salad; toss to coat.
  • Top with nuts.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from I purchased some kale for the first time and wanted to use it in a recipe. I purchased some kale for the first time and wanted to use it in a recipe. I halfed it for my small family and omitted the pine nuts. Enjoyed the tomatoes and cranberries. Also had to change up the dressing a bit for lack of ingredients. Overall pretty good, my kids were not too fond of it though... so we will not be making this recipe again. Also, it was very time consuming to clean the kale...
