  • Beat cream cheese and shredded cheeses in medium bowl with mixer until blended.
  • Add all remaining ingredients except cracker crumbs; mix well. Shape into ball.
  • Refrigerate 1 hour.
  • Roll in crumbs. Serve with additional RITZ Crackers.

Special Equipment Needed

Variation

Prepare using PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Cheddar Cheese and RITZ Reduced Fat Crackers.

Note

Recipe can easily be doubled or halved depending on the size of your group.

Substitute

Substitute 1/2 cup finely crushed plain tortilla chips for the cracker crumbs.
