  • Combine first 3 ingredients in medium bowl. Add cream cheese in small batches, tossing lightly after each batch until cream cheese cubes are evenly coated with bread crumb mixture.
  • Heat large heavy nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat. Add a few cream cheese cubes; cook 3 min. or until evenly browned, turning frequently. Transfer to plate. Repeat with remaining cheese cubes.
  • Toss salad greens with remaining ingredients in large bowl; top with cream cheese cubes.

Special Equipment Needed


Substitute dried cherries or cranberries for the pomegranate seeds.


Prepare using PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese.


Omit the bread crumbs, thyme and garlic. Instead coat the cream cheese cubes with 1/2 cup chopped sliced almonds before cooking as directed.


You can instead mix the crumb mixture on a rimmed baking sheet instead of in the bowl. Add cream cheese pieces, a few at a time, to the baking sheet, then toss to evenly coat cream cheese pieces with the crumb mixture. Cook in batches as directed in recipe. For best results, refrigerate the uncoated cheese cubes until ready to cook them to help them retain their shape when heated.
