  • Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add cumin seed; cook and stir 30 sec. Stir in onions, peppers, garlic and ginger; cook and stir 5 min. or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
  • Stir in tomatoes and seasonings; cook 5 min., stirring frequently.
  • Add chicken and dressing; stir. Cook 10 min. or until chicken is done, stirring occasionally. Stir in cilantro and lemon juice.

Special Equipment Needed


Substitute 7 oz. paneer cheese or extra-firm tofu, cut into bite-size pieces, for the chicken. Add to cooked vegetable mixture in skillet along with the dressing; stir. Cook 10 min. or until cheese is lightly browned, stirring occasionally. Stir in cilantro and lemon juice.
