  • Heat oven to 400°F.
  • Coat chicken with coating mix as directed on package; place in 8-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake 15 min. Meanwhile, mix tomatoes and herbs.
  • Top chicken with tomato mixture and cheese. Bake 15 min. or until chicken is done (165ºF). Meanwhile, cook spaghetti as directed on package, omitting salt.
  • Drain spaghetti. Serve with chicken.

I did change a few things though, and highly recommend you do the same if you're looking for more flavor. I used the Parmesan Shake n Bake mix for the chicken. I used a jar of pasta sauce (garlic and tomato flavor) and mixed in a can of diced tomatoes (just plain) and added a dash of red chili flakes to the sauce. This was just absolutely delicious and we will definitely be making this again. I honestly have never had a better Chicken Parmesan than this, and I've eaten it a lot.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This was great! This was great! So easy, but the result made me seem like a better cook than I am! I used the Italian Shake and Bake since I already had some, and added extra sauce and cheese to taste. Instead of just noodles, I had noodles and spaghetti sauce (meatless spaghetti) and served the chicken on top. Came out great! This one will definitely be made again!

We like more sauce and zest with pasta, so I added minced garlic, 1 large can of tomato sauce and about 1/2 cup of Kraft Zesty Italian dressing. I also used the Extra Crisy SHAKE 'N BAKE, which really made it better, I think. A timesaver would be to use frozen breaded chicken breasts.

Yummy, yummy! I use alittle bit more shake and bake as well as others and a small can of plain tomato sauce added helps make the chicken more moist. All in all, a great and easy recipe for anyone to cook

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This was very good! This was very good! I added some ricotta cheese and sliced black olives, and laid the mozzarella on sort of heavy. I mixed one jar of "Fra-Diavlo" (hot) marinara sauce with a jar of regular marinara, so it had a little spice but not too much. Served over bowtie pasta, it was a big hit!

Looks quick and easy. also I am going to buy a disposable tin for the chicken and sauce and premake and after i'm finished I then can dispose of the tin. I have also made in advance cooked pasta. Yep this looks like a winner to me!

I went heavy on the mozerella cheese-we love cheese in our family. This was one of the easiest and best recipes. Great for working moms! Christina

I wilted a bag of spinach by heating olive oil and minced garlic with a touch of salt and lemon juice and added it to the pasta. My husband and I LOVED it! Will make it over and over.
