  • Heat oven to 400ºF.
  • Cook chicken in ovenproof nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 4 min. on each side or until evenly browned on both sides. Meanwhile, combine all remaining ingredients except parsley.
  • Top chicken with tomato mixture.
  • Bake 6 to 8 min. or until chicken is done and cheese is melted. Sprinkle with parsley.
